Founder & Owner | Master HVAC Technician

Michael Daine
Mike is the founder and owner of Prescription Heating and Cooling, which he started in 2007 with a mission to provide honest, high-quality HVAC service rooted in building trust, long-term relationships, and personal care. A licensed Master HVAC Technician, Mike brings over 25 years of mechanical contracting to the company. Mike believes in honest, up-front pricing with no upselling, so you can trust that you're getting the best value for your investment. All of this has made Prescription Heating and Cooling a trusted name in the east metro area.
Outside of work, Mike enjoys cycling, spending weekends at his cabin up north. Mike wears many hats, but the most recent hat he put on was that of “grandpa.” He values time with his wife, Julie, children, and granddaughter. Mike lives in Oakdale and takes great satisfaction in serving the community he calls home.

Connor Daine
Connor is a licensed HVAC technician at Prescription Heating and Cooling, proudly carrying on the family tradition. He holds various degrees in HVAC along with Facilities Engineering and is continuing to expand his training in residential and light commercial HVAC systems. From system tune-ups to full installations, Connor is committed to providing efficient, dependable service with a personal touch.
As the son of founder Mike, Connor grew up around the business and developed a strong work ethic and respect for customer care from an early age. Today, he brings that same mindset into every service call. His Catholic faith roots him in the mission of glorifying God in all that he does which can be seen with the level of care that goes into his work. Connor is a valuable part of the Prescription team.
Outside of work, Connor’s life revolves around his faith, family, and friends. He lives in Afton with his wife and young daughter, and loves spending time with them, working on hands-on home projects, and watching classic movies. He and his family are parishioners of the Cathedral of St. Paul.
